Men’s Basketball: Forward Justin Connolly commits to Merrimack

6-foot-7 power forward Justin Connolly gave his verbal commitment to the Merrimack men’s basketball team. Connolly is currently playing only a few miles from Merrimack’s campus at the Brooks School in North Andover.

Connolly, who is originally from Melrose, Mass., is a high school senior and he also plays for the Middlesex Magic. Prior to Brooks, Connolly played at St. John’s Prep in Danvers.

According to, Connolly was also offered by Pace University. New England Recruiting Report wrote that Connolly received multiple scholarship offers this summer, despite being limited due to an ankle injury.
