Merrimack receives commitment from 2019 midfielder Ben Gill

The Merrimack men’s lacrosse program has received a commitment from 2019 midfielder Ben Gill, who is currently a junior at the Brooks School in North Andover. Gill becomes the second Brooks student-athlete in a week to commit to Merrimack, following the commitment of men’s basketball player Justin Connolly.

Gill, according to recruiting websites, also plays football and hockey at Brooks. Prior to joining the prep school, he played for Cardigan Mountain School in New Hampshire.

Gill becomes the second player to commit to the men’s lacrosse program this week. Newton North’s Hunter Adam committed to Merrimack on Monday.
