John Gustafsson Signs with Macon Mayhem

Former Merrimack forward John Gustafsson signed with the Macon Mayhem of the SPHL.

Gustafsson, 25, appeared in 46 games for the Pensacola Ice Fylers (SPHL) last season, scoring 11 goals and adding 12 assists for 23 points. He appeared in 98 games for the Warriors, scoring nine goals and adding 10 assists.

“John is a guy who will bring a really good skillset to our team, and we are going to rely on him to add some scoring punch to our lineup,” said Macon’s Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Kerr. “He’s a proven player in our league, and we’re excited to have him.”
