Video: Bly Returns For Playoffs After Suffering Preseason Knee Injury

Former Merrimack forward Rhett Bly recently returned to action with Grenoble in France, after missing the entire regular season with a knee injury that required surgery. According to French media reports — and they can be tough to translate — Bly suffered a torn “cruciate ligament” in a preseason tournament last August, though the reports don’t specify if it was an ACL, MCL or PCL tear.

According to Ledauphine.com, Bly returned to the Boston area for his rehab over the winter and returned to the lineup in late-February, just in time for the french playoffs.
