Goalie Zach Koch Commits to Merrimack Men’s Lacrosse

Zach Koch, a 2021 goalie from Loomis Chaffee, committed to the Merrimack men’s lacrosse program earlier this week.

Koch is considered a big pick up for the Warriors. Along with playing for Loomis, Koch is also a member of the Duke Lacrosse Club and he was an All-Star at the Philly Showcase, which is one of the top national showcases in the country.

Loomis Chaffee plays against some of the top-ranked prep schools in the country. Last year, two of its league opponents were ranked in the top-10 in the nation. Koch helped lead Loomis to a 12-8 record last season, which was its best record since 2006.

This past summer, Koch played with Duke’s 2021 Elite Team, where he played in the NXT Delaware Tournament, the Liberty National Tournament, the Naptown Tournament and the Terps Young Guns Showcase.
