Virtual Senior Day: Men’s Lacrosse

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Virtual Senior Week concluded Sunday with one of the most decorated senior classes in Merrimack College history with the men’s lacrosse class of 2020.

The five-member class accumulated a pair of national championships, one NE10 championship and an astonishing 51-13 record in its four years. They also helped the Warriors integrate into the Division I ranks and racked up the program’s first victory at the level with a 14-12 win over Michigan Feb. 22.

“This is one of the most accomplished classes ever at Merrimack,” said head coach Mike Morgan. “From winning two national championships, to leading us into our first season of Division I lacrosse, they did it all. I would have loved to see what they could have achieved if this past season wasn’t cut short. What they were able to do as a team and as individuals is simply amazing.”
