Francois Ouimet Signs with Trois-Rivières Blizzard CNS

Former Merrimack College winger Francois Ouimet will return to North America this upcoming season after signing a contract with Trois-Rivières Blizzard CNS in Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey, a professional league in Quebec.

Ouimet has spent the last three seasons in France, playing for Grenoble and Amiens. In 77 games overseas, Ouimet has totaled 84 points (44 goals, 40 assists).

Ouimet will join former Merrimack teammate Simon Demers playing in the LNAH; Demers plays for Riviere-du Loup.
