Larsson signs one-year contract with Binghamton

Former Merrimack forward Ludvig Larsson has signed a one-year contract with the Binghamton Devils (AHL).

The announcement was made by Binghamton’s General Manager, Tom Fitzgerald.

Larsson, who transferred to Penn State this past season as a grad transfer after three seasons with the Warriors, finished his senior year with 25 points (6 goals, 19 assists) in 39 games. His last season at Merrimack was in 2017-18, when he had 21 points (13 goals, 8 assists) in 36 games.

Following his senior season, Larsson signed an ATO with the Devils and appeared in seven games down the stretch, scoring one goal and adding one assist.

The deal reunites Larsson with his former Merrimack coach, Mark Dennehy, who was hired by the Devils last summer.
