Pregame: Lineup and Links Ahead of Merrimack-Vermont Game 2

NORTH ANDOVER — The Merrimack men’s hockey team finishes a two-game weekend series against the Vermont Catamounts tonight at Lawler Arena. Most of Merrimack’s lineup remains unchanged from Friday night’s 5-5 tie with the Catamounts. From a personnel standpoint, there is only one change and it’s on defense, where Tyler Heidt will take Jacob Modry’s spot. That move will slide Liam Dennison to a pairing with Zach Vinnell (he was the extra defenseman last night) and Heidt will skate as the seventh D on the line chart.

Up front the personnel units remain the same. The only change is on the third line, where Tyler Drevich moves from wing to center and Liam Walsh kicks over to the left wing.

Troy Kobryn (3.35/.885), who was pulled in the second period last night, will get the start in goal. He’s expected to be opposed by Stefanos Lekkas (2.90/.912).

Peter Schlittenhart and Kevin Shea will officiate tonight’s game.
