Pregame: Lineups and Notes as Merrimack Travels to Union

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — The Merrimack men’s hockey team is at Messa Rink tonight for a 7 p.m. puck drop against Union. As noted yesterday, Mac Welsher is taking Jordan Seyfert’s spot as the second-line center after Seyfert was ost for the season earlier this week with a lower-body injury sustained in practice.

Tyler Drevitch moves back to center and will play the middle of the third line (Welsher’s previous spot) and Christian Simeone enters the lineup to play in Drevitch’s spot on the fourth line.

Merrimack’s defensive pairings remain unchanged and Jere Huhtamaa will start in goal. Kyle Allen and Kevin Graber will officiate tonight’s game.
