Pregame: Merrimack Visiting No. 13 Northeastern

BOSTON — Greetings from Matthews Arena, where tonight the Merrimack men’s hockey team is visiting No. 13 Northeastern. Last night the teams opened the home-and-home series with a 1-1 tie at Lawler Arena.

Merrimack is shaking up some lines with Patrick Kramer out of the lineup; we’ll have an get an update on Kramer postgame.

Sami Tavernier will skate with Tyler Irvine and Chase Gresock. The second line remains intact from last night and Logan Drevitch slides onto Jordan Seyfert‘s line with Regan Kimens. The defensive pairings remain unchanged and Jere Huhtamaa will start in goal for the Warriors.

Jack Millea and Jamie Koharski (who officiated last night’s game as well) will referee. Ryan Nolan takes Kramer’s spot as far as the dressing lineup, and he’ll skate as the extra forward.
