Former Merrimack defender Dominique Kremer is reportedly close to signing a contract with the Buffalo Beauts in the NWHL.
Kremer, 22, spent this past season with Djurgårdens IF in the SDHL. In 36 games from the blue line, she scored five goals and added 11 assists.
Originally from West Fargo, N.D., Kremer appeared in 138 games for the Warriors, scoring 15 goals and adding 41 assists. Kremer is currently No. 4 in Merrimack history in points scored and she is the top-scoring defender. As a senior in 2019, Kremer was named a Hockey East Third-Team All-Star.
Kremer was originally drafted by the Connecticut Whale last year, but opted to play in Sweden.
I'm hearing from a source that 🇺🇸defender Dominique Kremer, who spent last season in #SDHL Djurgårdens IF, is close to signing with the Buffalo Beauts.
