NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women’s lacrosse program will look to build off its first win at the Division I level when they take the road for a pair of games this weekend. Friday afternoon the Warriors will take on Niagara University from the MAAC with the opening draw set for 12 p.m. Saturday the Warriors will head to Easton, PA. to take on Patriot Leagues member Lafayette College. Game time is set for 3 p.m.

- The Warriors picked up their first win of the season after a thrilling 10-9 win over Canisius College on Sunday afternoon.
- Senior Ally DaCosta is leading the way offensively for Merrimack with 3 goals and 7 assists through the first three games of the season
- Junior Meghan Dzialo created a game high five turnovers for the Warriors on Sunday. Senior Tammy Nguyen had 15 saves in the net for her first win of the season.
- The Warriors will square off with the Purple Eagles and Leopards for the first time in school history this weekend
- So far this season, Niagara was defeated by Boston University 17-12 and Harvard 15-3. In Lafayette’s lone game of the season they defeated Delaware State 18-6
