PROVIDENCE, RI– The Merrimack women’s soccer team will play its final game of the 2019 season at the No. 18 Brown University Bears on Tuesday night.

Five Things to Know:

  • Freshman Molly Murnane has cracked double digits for the season, with three goals and four assists for 10 points, pair with her team-leading 17 shots on goal.
  • Merrimack’s goalkeeping duo of senior Erin Fulton made three saves in the second half and both overtime periods she played on Sunday.
  • In their last game, Merrimack and Wagner tied on Staten Island on Sunday, taking the game to double overtime following 12 shots in the second half.
  • This is the first time in program history that Merrimack and Brown will compete against each other.
  • Brown comes into the match the winners of seven straight games, having clinched the Ivy League title and an NCAA Tournament berth after a 1-0 double overtime win against Penn on Saturday, Nov. 2.
