Denver Anglin commits to Merrimack out of the transfer portal

Merrimack landed its first addition from the transfer portal on Thursday, as guard Denver Anglin committed to the Warriors from Iona.

Anglin, who will be a senior next season, averaged 9.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.9 assists while recording 29 steals for the Gaels this past year. In 2024–25, he played at Rice University, where he made 11 starts across 32 appearances and averaged 8.5 points per game.
