Former Merrimack players hit NHL free agency today
Former Merrimack goaltender Collin Delia became an unrestricted free agent at noon.
Delia, 28, has spent his entire five-year pro career in the Chicago Blackhawks organization. This past season he played in 22 games for the Rockford IceHogs, Chicago’s AHL affiliate, and he saw action in eight games for the NHL club, where he posted a .899 save percentage.
