Game 18 Preview: Merrimack and Stonehill meet for the first time on the ice
Merrimack and Stonehill have been affiliated for years, first as D-II programs in the Northeast-10 and this season as D-I programs in the NEC. On Sunday afternoon, the Warriors and Skyhawks will meet on the ice for the first time.

Merrimack opened the second half on Friday night with a 5-1 win over Brown. The Warriors snapped a three-game losing streak in the process.
Stonehill last played Dec 8 when the Skyhawks lost a road game at Clarkson 5-1. Stonehill has not won a game this season, including a pair of losses to D-III programs Anna Maria and Utica.
