Gavin Clark becomes Merrimack's second 2008-born commit

Merrimack added its second 2008-born recruit on Friday. California native Gavin Clark committed to the Warriors.

Clark is already 6-foot-2. He played for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings last season and had 95 points (46g-49a) in 74 games. He’s headed to the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite 16U team this season. The Penguins have emerged as one of the top AAA programs in the nation in recent years.

Neutral Zone rates Clark as a 3.75-star recruit. The Lincoln Stars drafted Clark in the eighth round of the 2024 USHL Futures Draft.
