Maine, Dartmouth, Colgate added to unofficial 2024 Merrimack football schedule

Merrimack football has three more games added to the unofficial 2024 schedule, including a home-and-home series with Colgate.

The Warriors will host Maine on Sept. 21 and Dartmouth on Sept. 28, according to schedule releases from those schools. The Warriors will also host Colgate on Oct. 26 and make a return trip to Colgate on Oct. 25, 2025.

With six opponents finalized for next season, it does appear — though unofficial — that the Warriors will head into 2024 as an FCS independent as Merrimack moves into the MAAC, a non-football conference.

The 2025 schedule includes the road game at Colgate and a home game against Fordham on Nov. 22, 2025.

The Warriors are 0-1 lifetime against Maine, losing a 31-26 game on Sept. 18, 2021 at Alfond Stadium. Merrimack has never faced Dartmouth, Fordham, Air Force, UConn, or Colgate.
