Merrimack Basketball Recruit Report: Dorset signs NLI

6-foot-3 combo guard Tye Dorset signed his National Letter of Intent with Merrimack yesterday.

Dorset verbally committed to the Warriors earlier this month.

Last season as a junior, Dorset led Lenape High (N.J.) in points (19.3), rebounds (5.1), and steals. Lenape head coach Matt Wolf told The Courier Post last season that Dorest not only led with his play on the court, but he was the best leader he’s coached in 17 years.
