Merrimack will travel to Stanford and Saint Mary's in December

The Merrimack men’s basketball team will make a trip to the West Coast in December.

The Warriors will play Stanford for the first time on Dec. 17 at Maples Pavilion.

The Cardinals went 14-18 last season (8-12 in the Pac-12). Stanford will begin its first year in the ACC next season after the Pac-12 dissolved following massive realignment in the Power 5 last fall.

Maples Pavilion, built in 1969, seats 7,233 fans and underwent a $30 million renovation in 2004.

On Dec. 19 the Warriors will play Saint Mary’s for the first time at University Credit Union Pavilion.

Saint Mary’s went 26-8 last season (15-1 in the West Coast Conference).
