The Warriors are set to take on Long Island tonight at Northwell Health Ice Arena, the practice home of the New York Islanders.
Merrimack will ice a shuffled lineup thanks to a growing list of injuries. Ty Daneault, Trevor Hoskin, and Filip Nordberg are all sidelined, and Nils Wallstrom — who missed last week and underwent further testing in recent days — remains out as well.
On the blue line, Trent Ballentyne will make his collegiate debut, stepping into a depleted defensive corps. Up front, Jack Richard and Daniel Astapovich will draw back into the lineup.
