Pregame: Merrimack at Maine
ORONO, Maine — Merrimack head coach Scott Borek will go back to a familiar line this afternoon when the Warriors travel to Maine at 2 p.m.
Matt Copponi has been moved back to center and he’ll play between Ottoville Leppanen and Alex Jefferies. Will Calverley’s line and Ryan Leibold’s line will stay together and Merrimack’s fourth line will consist of Tristan Crozier centering Nikita Borodayenko and Hugo Esselin.
Defensively, Adam Arvedson will be back in the lineup today in place of Trevor Griebel.
At this point, I’m not sure who Merrimack will start between the pipes. We’ll find out when the teams hit the ice for warmups. Maine will go with Victor Ostman, who has been one of the hottest goalies in the league over the last month.
