Pregame: Merrimack at UMass
Merrimack is in Amherst tonight for a 7 p.m. puck drop against the UMass Minutemen. Merrimack will roll out almost an identical lineup to last Friday’s 7-3 win at UConn. The only exceptions are that Trevor Griebel will skate as the extra defenseman. Last Friday, the Warriors went with an extra forward (Tyler Young).
It’s expected that Hugo Ollas will start between the pipes for the Warriors, as Merrimack has been rotating between Ollas and Zachary Borgiel and Borgiel started last Friday’s game.
