Pregame: Merrimack at Vermont (Game 1)

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Merrimack begins a two-game road series at Vermont tonight with a 7 p.m. puck drop against the Catamounts.

Scott Borek made minor alterations to the lineup. Jordan Seyfert and Matt Copponi swapped lines on the right side. The other two forward lines remained intact. Mac Welsher, who was hurt last Saturday at Northeastern, will not dress tonight. Mick Messner took his place after dressing as the extra forward last week, and will stay with Ryan Leibold and Seyfert.

Defensively, with Welsher out of the lineup, Adam Arvedson will dress as the seventh defenseman.
