Pregame: Merrimack vs. Northeastern

NORTH ANDOVER — Merrimack and Northeastern will begin a home-and-home series tonight at Lawler Arena. The puck is scheduled to drop at 7 p.m.

The Warriors will roll with seven defensemen tonight. Trevor Griebel and Liam Dennison are both in the lineup. Merrimack will also welcome back Christian Felton, who was injured last weekend against Providence but was able to return to practice this week.

Felton will slide into Mike Brown’s spot on the right side. That’s the only lineup change for Merrimack. Brown was lost to an injury last Saturday night.

Hugo Ollas is the projected starter. It will be the second start in a row for Ollas, who shut out Providence last Saturday.

Former Merrimack forward Liam Walsh is in the lineup for the Huskies. He’s centering Northeastern’s third line with Gunnarwolfe Fontaine and Matt Choupani.
