Recruit Report: Bookman nears Brooks record

I feel like this beginning to become the Zach Bookman report …

Bookman was named the Player of the Month for December. The Brooks Bandits record for points by a defenseman is 75, which was set by Cale Makar and was tied by Dennis Cesana the following season. Bookman now has 72 points in just 37 games for the Bandits, and will almost surely break that team record.

Elsewhere, Nikita Borodayenko had a hat trick for the Dubuque Fight Saints in the USHL this past week.
