Recruit Report: Weilandt battling back from surgery
Merrimack recruited Luke Weilandt was featured by The Record about his path back from hip surgery last season. Weilandt, who is slated to arrive at Merrimack this fall, is back playing after almost a full year off.
“(Merrimack’s coaching staff) helped me out a lot throughout the surgery,” Weilandt said. “It’s a mental rollercoaster, the surgery, so just knowing they’re in my corner is really nice to know.”
