Seney sent down by Maple Leafs
The Toronto Maple Leafs waived former Merrimack forward Brett Seney on Wednesday as they attempted to assign him to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.
Seney scored a memorable goal on Tuesday night for the Leafs against the Montreal Canadiens at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.
